1、If send msg to sumbody and have no reply at all, stop sms. No such humble waiting.
2、If there there is no one wants to accompany you, learn to listen music and write some mood dairy. This is a good habit.
3、If sad to be alone, find the cornere of the yard or hide in the bed sheet and cry for a while, no need the sympathy from others, the life will continue happy after a cry.
4、If someone starts to neglect you, please leave that person. Dont reluctant on the person that dunno appreciate you, no need pay your love and friendship, the person who get hurts is only you while others wun sad for that.
5、If can choose to not smoke, dun smoke. If can choose to not drink alcohol, dun drink. These show that you are not appreciate your body, so we dun be so silly, ppl who loves you wun let u sad.
6、Find your trusted friend when you are sad, dun take all the sadness urself, this will only add the loneliness and sadness.
7、Look at the blue sky and oso take a look on the nite when u not happy, wide sky is belongs to ours, love is gud to let it mold proudly rather than low-key love. Say to urself I am the best. Keep confidence.
8、prefer nothing than choose randomly. Dun simply catch a lover jx because lonely, it is unfair for both ppl, it's too irresponsible. Find a confidant but not lover.
9、Remember the birthdate of the person u likes, include your family, of course, and yourself. No one present u birthday present nevermind, you can buy a fine present, present it to mum and dad.
10、When leisure, hear some soft music, read few pages of nice book, then go and have a nice sleep, happy. When in moody, also can have a sleep.
11、Starts from now, be intelligent a bit, dun ask other ppl missing u ? loves u ? If that person miss u and loves u that person will tell u, but when those word come out from your mouth, other ppl will very proud and dun care about u.
12、Dun too take care about someone and something too much, jx let it b using the best state of mind to face it, because the world is unfair will seems no worthy in front of the things we care much.
13、Dun torture urself because of someone or somethings. Such as dun wan eat, cry, depress, only stupid ppl will do all these things.
14、Dun talks other ppl bad things at any circumstance. If you must do so, talk some good about others. Have one more fren is a gud things, although is not very good , better than have one more enemy.
15、Allow yourself to watch some nonsense drama sometimes, but dunnot rely on it. Allow ur hair to be untidy sometimes, but only limit infront of ur old frens or alone, remember to forget all the things that makes u unhappy.
16、Must have at least a few opposite gender fren which you have no other thought on that person to help you give some good ideas to you at the crucial times.
17、Learn to accept pain and adjust your mind set. Some words is better to live in hearts, some pain is better to let it be and forget. When you experienced, you grow, let only urself know about it. You have no need to tell others the changes u have made, others will see it.
18、Avoid to argue with others if can. A person who pissed-off is scary, will become a mad ppl because the emotion is out of control. Be patience then think about the root of the problem and solve it with peaceful mind set.
19、No matter who have conflict with you, solve that problem in 24hours or it will have more trouble. Say sorry 1st in your accepted range. let urself be a bad person sometimes is not really a bad things.Life can be simple can be complex, we dun live in depress and suffer, love urself more ! Dun live your live in pain and helpless just because of unworthy things,one day the bride rood is waiting for us to cross, let urself go, live proudly, live happily for urself , let the pain blow away by the wind...tell the world we belongs to now but not the passed !
